1. What types of miniatures do you paint?
We paint a wide variety of miniatures, including those from board games, tabletop games, fantasy, and sci-fi models. We work with miniatures made from all materials, including plastic, resin, metal, and even wood. If you have a specific model in mind, feel free to reach out! 

2. How do I submit a commission request?
To submit a commission request, please fill out the contact form on our the Get A Quote page, including details such as the model names and quantities, whether you’re providing the models or purchasing them from us, assembly needs, paint levels, basing preferences, and color schemes.

3. Do you provide the miniatures, or do I need to supply them?
You have the option to either provide your own miniatures or purchase them through us. If you choose to supply them, please ensure to state of they are built or will need assembly.

4. How long will my commission take?
The time it takes to complete a commission depends on the number of miniatures, the complexity of the paint job, and our current workload. We will provide an estimated time-frame when you submit your request.

5. Can I request specific colors or themes for my miniatures?
Absolutely! We encourage you to share your desired color schemes and themes for your miniatures. The more specific you are, the better we can capture your vision.

6. Do you offer discounts for larger orders?
Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders. Please contact us with details about your order, and we can discuss potential discounts.

7. What if I’m not satisfied with the finished product?
Your satisfaction is our priority. We’ll discuss your vision and preferences for the paint job and provide a mock-up. If you're commissioning an army, we will create a test model for your approval. Once you’re happy with the test model, we will replicate that design across all of your miniatures. 

8. What payment methods do you accept?
All payments will be processed through PayPal or direct bank transfer. Detailed payment instructions will be provided at checkout. 

9. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping! Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location. Please contact us for more information.

10. What should I know about shipping?

While we take great care in packaging your miniatures, we cannot control the shipping process, and there is always a possibility that items may be damaged during transit. To minimize this risk, we offer a variety of shipping methods designed to ensure your minis arrive safely. If you have specific shipping preferences or concerns, please let us know! 

11. How do I care for my painted miniatures?
To ensure the longevity of your painted miniatures, we recommend avoiding excessive handling, keeping them out of direct sunlight, and storing them in a safe, dust-free environment.

12. Do you offer updates during the painting process?
Yes! We can provide progress updates upon request. If you'd like to see how your miniatures are coming along, we’ll send you photos at key stages so you can give feedback and ensure everything is on track.

13. Can I request a specific deadline for my commission?
If you have a specific deadline in mind (e.g., for an event or a gift), please let us know when you submit your request. We’ll do our best to accommodate it, but keep in mind that timing depends on the complexity of the project and our current workload.

14. Do you offer painting for custom or converted miniatures?
Yes, we’re happy to paint custom or converted miniatures! Whether it’s a unique model you’ve built yourself or a custom piece you’ve acquired, we can work with it. Just let us know the details when you submit your commission request.

15. Can I make changes to my commission after it has been submitted?

We understand that ideas can evolve! If you need to make changes to your commission after submitting it, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the stage of the project, we’ll do our best to accommodate the changes. However, adjustments may affect the timeline and pricing.
